How are you preparing for the games?

I am training around three times a week with the team and going to the gym. I also go for runs and do sprints.

What are your targets for the games?

To perform as well as I can for the team. Try and maybe as a team get a place in a medal game.

What are you most looking forward to at the games?

Getting experience playing tough games. experiencing the atmosphere and being part of The Western Isles team. The Opening ceremony.
